During the course the characteristics of services, service quality and new service development, as well as customer experiences are discussed as vital sources of growth and competitiveness for companies in diverse industries, both in theoretical and practical terms. The course literature offers comprehensive and up-to-date theoretical discussion of the principles of service business logic and the design and development of service offerings. In the practice-based workshops, students are able to apply the theoretical knowledge to real-life business assignments as well as assess other teams' solutions.
