Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to familiarise students with the theoretical frameworks and empirical solutions in sociological research on social inequalities, population, health and politics. After completing the course, the students will have a more profound understanding of the central features and critical aspects of social structures, inequalities and politics.


The course examines research perspectives in sociology in relation to specific areas of sociology, health, population and policy studies.
