Learning outcomes

By the end of the course students are expected to:
-have developed their knowledge of the most common errors made by Finns in academic writing
-have improved their ability to use structures typical of advanced business communication
-have practiced analysing, drafting and correcting texts from a grammatical perspective

The course focuses on the grammatical aspect of business related and academic texts. The students’ grammatical accuracy and competence is developed through various excercises and tasks involving group work.
