Learning outcomes

In this course the students explore how the field of entrepreneurship studies has developed. After successful completion of the course the students will be to define and explore the major theoretical schools of the entrepreneurial process. The students will be able to identify key themes research themes and topics for further inquiry.


The course comprises weekly seminar sessions. The students are expected to prepare for class by reading articles and discussing them in a virtual environment.

Teaching methods

18 hours of seminar work. Active participation in seminars is required.

Entrepreneurship majors only.The course will be organized if a minimum of six students will register for the course.
The pre-assignment must be submitted at the beginning of the first class. Failure to submit on schedule will mean that a student will not be allowed to take the course. Details of assignment will be provided separately. Bachelor studies in entrepreneurship must be completed before taking this course.
