Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to introduce methods and endpoints commonly used in modelling the effects of environmental toxicants and to introduce methods used in evaluating toxicological data based on material/data given in the beginning of the course.

Contents

The students evaluate and use earlier gathered data sets to practically analyze the different endpoints and their utility in toxicological research and regulatory ecotoxicology

Through practical (mainly computer) work acquaint the students on how to use data obtained in toxicological research. The students participating in this course can choose the timetable (during the spring term) fitting each individual (work is carried out in pairs)
