Learning outcomes

The aim of this course is to familiarize students with the premises and special characteristics of public sector accounting. Having completed the course, students will understand the basic principles of public sector financial planning, accounting and auditing. They will master the basic terminology related to those fields and will also be able to follow associated public discussions.

Contents

The course will cover the following topics: budgeting, performance measurement, cost accounting, bookkeeping and auditing.
