Learning outcomes

The purpose of the course is to study company law and the regulations of the securities markets from Nordic and EU perspective. After the course the student has a good basic knowledge of Finnish and Nordic company law.


The literature covers the most important parts of companies and securities markets legislation.

Essay (8 - 12 pages). Students are required to write an essay on some topic of the course material. He/she should contact professor Sillanpää before taking the exam in order to agree the topic of the essay.
