Learning outcomes

After completing the course the student understands what an entrepreneurial opportunity is; and from where and how entrepreneurial opportunities are discovered or created. The student is familiar with different ways to produce and identify entrepreneurial opportunities and know how to assess their feasibility. After completing the course assignment the student knows how to develop and assess new entrepreneurial opportunities.

The course includes interactive lectures and individual and team assignments linked to identification of entrepreneurial opportunities. The course also includes e-lectures and related assignments on the e-learning platform. In the practice assignment students will experience in daily life what opportunities entail, the influences on the opportunities they conceive, the way they search, seeing possibilities vs constraints, planning vs emergence, and still more related aspects.
