Learning outcomes

By the end of the course the students will have
- an increased understanding of how to conduct negotiations.
- learnt to analyze a given negotiation situation, create a strategy that is suitable and apply it.
- practiced analyzing their own performance and that of others through self-reflection and reviews.
-documented their own progress as developing negotiators.

Contents

The students will first study the structure of a negotiation, step by step, and finally take part in practice negotiations. They will reflect on and analyze their progress in an interactive study journal. The goal is that they will be able to apply the strategies and techniques learned to negotiations outside the classroom.
