Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, the students are expected to be able to plan and confidently deliver a cogent and effective presentation in English for international audiences.

Contents

The course focuses on international presentation conventions based on English as Lingua Franca, and includes theoretical knowledge as well as practical exercises for improving effective oral presentation skills in both academic and business contexts. The role of the audience is an integral part of the course. The final task will be related to the chosen major subject, so students should know enough about their field to create an extended innovative presentation.
