Learning outcomes

To learn mathematical structures of quantum mechanics. Deeper knowledge and understanding of quantum theories via mathematical methods.

Contents

Noncommutative measure theory and operator integration. Diagonalization of operator measures. Type I symmetry groups and covariance systems. Completely positive maps in quantum theory. Instruments and measurement theory. Optimal quantum observables and measurements. Entanglement-breaking measurements and tomography.
