Learning outcomes

The course will deal with classical industrial relations theory as well as special topics such as industrial relations in the Finnish paper industry, outsourcing, EU level developments; cultural industries, financial industries, IT industries, and greening in industrial relations. The topics are examined through theoretical and empirical lenses.
