Learning outcomes

After completing this course, students will be aware of the concept and components of ICT-infrastructure. They will have basic knowledge on infrastructure of international, national, industrial, organizational and individual levels. They will understand core concepts on both on the technical and the social level of the ICT infrastructure and are able to participate in management decisions and projects related to the ICT infrastructure.


Technical concepts of computers, other digital devices, communication technology and programming. Concepts and components of ICT Infrastructure are discussed using high-level socio-technical analysis and case examples.
