Learning outcomes

The course offers basic information of international culture and management within the international context. Students will have basic knowledge of different culture theories, models and research. Students will attain basic awareness of differences between different cultures by interactive learning and peer teaching lectures. The course also aims to develop students' international teamwork capabilities, presentation skills and awareness of cultural diversities.


The course consists of culture theories, research, traditions and management in different cultures. The course comprises different customs and ways to organize in different cultures, communication and leadership.
