Learning outcomes

After the course the participants understand the limitations and possibilities of different information security technologies. Participants understand and are able to analyze the information security risks to communication and information technology applications arising from human activity. Participants are able to analyze and specify systems so that the information security risks arising from human activity are minimized.


Overview of information security technologies. Information security risks arising from human activity. Normal and abnormal differences between people.Information criticality. Processes and security policies. Privacy and WWW visibility. Surveillance and security policies. System analysis and specification with application case studies.
