Learning outcomes

This course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge of marketing terminology, concepts and decision areas as well as the general role of marketing in a company. After having conducted the course student will a) understand the central idea of market orientation and b) have basic capabilities to analyse markets (customer needs) and to outline a marketing plan for a product/company/organisation.

Contents

The course familiarizes students with the key concepts and functions of marketing and provides an overview on the topic.
