Learning outcomes

By the end of the course students should be able to
- understand the legal basis of defining corporate social and environmental responsibility
- recognize the role of the international environmental law in monitoring multinational companies
- understand the preconditions of fulfilling the corporate social and environmental responsibility from the perspective of human rights

Contents

The course will familiarise the students with how environmental law can guide and monitor multinational companies. It will also look into the role of the human rights in fulfilling the corporate social and environmental responsibility.
