Learning outcomes

Upon succesful completion of the course the students,
-are familiar with the context and development of the regulation of maritime activities,
-possess a working knowledge of a wide range of issues related to maritime law, and
-have improved their legal analysis skills.

- The context and development of the regulation of maritime activities
- Ships: building, sale, registries, mortgages, liens, arrests, salvage
- Liability for accidents, general average
- Insurance: marine, cargo
- Maritime labour law
