General description

The students participate in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Learning outcomes

Students gain a working knowledge of international sale of goods law and international commercial arbitration. Students develop skills in advocacy, legal research and oral presentation.

Contents

Students prepare for the Moot. The course consists of:
1. independent legal research and
2. preparation for Moot pleadings
3. the Moot.

Further information on prerequisites and recommendations

4-6 students will be admitted. The students are selected based on their prior studies, writing experience and language and communication skills. The selection may be based on personal interviews.
