Learning outcomes

The student understands what kind of research is being done in Food Chemistry and Food Development.


Current research at Food Chemistry and Food Development such as chemistry and biochemistry of lipids, chemistry and function of secondary metabolites of berries, flavor chemistry and sensory science and protection of natural compounds by microencapsulation.

Teaching methods

Doctoral students and other researchers of Food Chemistry and Food Development will give seminar presentations on their research.
