Learning outcomes

Student knows the basics of working in a food laboratory in general and according to chromatographic methods used by Food Development. Student knows the sample preparations for chromatographic analyses and chromatographic techniques and is capable of applying them into practice. Student is able to report the results in oral and written form according to scientific practice.

Contents

Works focus on analytical methods of foods by utilizing chromatographic applications (gas and liquid chromatography). Mass spectrometry as detection method is also explored.
