Learning outcomes

During the course students will go through several rapid product development cycles with tangible outcomes. These Do-Test-Learn cycles emphasize the importance of hands-on approach and tangible prototyping. The product development tasks are executed and managed in a project context and in a team environment with emphasis on team communication. At the end of the course the students will have experience of different product development phases such as: ideation, need finding, designing and prototyping coupled with the experience of team management and communicating the project outcome to a selected audience.

Contents

Covered topics include product development and design thinking theories, processes and methods.
