Learning outcomes

The student knows how to search and analyse scientific literature. The student also knows the principles of implementation and reporting of the outcomes of scientific project. The student is able to critically compare his/her research results to published data.

Contents

Master's thesis includes both the outcomes from thesis research project written in the form of scientific publication and the review of related literature. Subject of the thesis is provided by the supervisor of the research project. The directive length of the Thesis is 60 - 70 pages. Before the thesis can be evaluated the student will write a degree qualifying examination from a topic of the thesis, which will be reviewed by the professor in biotechnology.

Approbatur-laudatur.
Two examiners of the thesis nominated by the professor will propose a grade for the Thesis.
