Learning outcomes

Student understands structure-function relationships of different proteins with special weight put on enzymes. Student knows the basics of enzyme kinetics and methodology used to study enzymes/proteins.

Contents

Enzyme structure and function relationship and enzyme kinetics. Methodology used in enzyme/protein research. Structural proteins. The significance of the protein structure and function relatioship in diseases.
