* knowledge of local urban history and its relation to European cultural heritage

Contents

The course analyzes relations between cultural heritage and urban environment. The course traces the presence of the past in urban space, urban way of life as a cultural heritage, city as a sensory experience and the connections between urbanity, nationality and consumerism.
