Learning outcomes

The course aims to deepen students' knowledge about sociology of consumption and culture. After completing the course, the students will have a more profound understanding of the central features and critical aspects of consumption and lifestyle in a consumer society.


The course will examine consumption and consumer society from social, cultural, and economic perspectives by utilizing international research literature.
