Exemption
If this course is compulsory for you, but you feel you have enough experience and skill in writing English at a high academic level, you can apply for an exemption from the course. This exemption is not automatically granted to native English speakers. If you are unsure whether this course is compulsory for you, please contact your MA program coordinator.
Students applying for exemption should contact the teacher in charge at the beginning of the course, outlining why they think the exemption is justified, along with a sample of their academic writing in English. The teacher will then assess each application on a case-by-case basis.
Enrolment is arranged directly with your course coordinator.
Priority is given to students for whom the course is compulsory.
